New Resource for Raise the Age Campaigns
Now that Connecticut is two years into full implementation of its Raise the Age reform, there is a wealth of data showing that the policy change is working. Crime continues to decline and overall juvenile justice spending is stable. These outcomes and the history of the Raise the Age campaign in Connecticut are documented at raisetheagect.org, along with tools that states working to raise their own age of juvenile jurisdiction are invited to use.
